RETURN & EXCHANGE

At WoolSoftHouse Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at jnicol10@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

For exchanges, if you would like to replace your item with a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your refund has been issued. This ensures faster processing and availability of your preferred product.

Please note: We do not accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or personal care products for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or full refund.
