Once an order is placed, it is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

For customers in the UK, our standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. For customers in the US, delivery usually takes between 5 to 10 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly due to factors such as postal delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 in the UK and $60 in the US. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies: £3.95 for UK orders and $5.95 for US orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that WoolSoftHouse Limited is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
